The following outline illustrates the custom software process in detail: The LaserDispatch.com Enterprise Resource Group (LD-ERPG) discusses project requirements with your company. This outlines: · Question Architecture Document—list of questions developed · Designated employee to act as liaison · Executed authority to examine clients current systems/methods/operations LaserDispatch.com will then develop and present a Custom Project Proposal (CPP). The CPP will evaluate your needs and provide solutions and pricing. Your company must provide the LD-ERPG: · Date and time for presentation with client decision-makers present · Agree upon a “go/no go” decision date Your Custom Project Proposal will include the following: · Scope of work of assigned tasks · Pricing information · Proposed timeline Price: $495.00 (Pricing does not include travel expenses) After your company gives the green light on CPP, the LD-ERPG will prepare for the alpha demonstration that will allow for: · Reporting of issues · Matching Adjustments The LD-ERPG will then implement the beta system at your site that includes: · Client system created/enhanced · Site system construction · User interface strategy Your company will then begin to: · Perform live test · Test reports on unit performance · Application test in its entirety · Client QA reports on performance · Content adjustments made/issues tracked · Engineer adjustments made/issues tracked The LD-ERPG will make sure that you are satisfied with the system and then release a finalized version for deployment at all locations.
